A longtime vocalist with YES, John Anderson has produced numerous masterpieces in a career spanning more than 50 years, and remains one of the leading figures in progressive rock. He left nearly 20 studio albums during his tenure with YES, including "Yes," "Fragile," "Close to the Edge," "Tales of Topographic Oceans," and "90125," which have gone down in history as prog rock masterpieces, and "Roundabout," "Yours is No Disgrace," "And You and I," and "Going for the One" are among his best-known works. Going for the One" are still loved by many fans today. While still a member of YES, Jon released several solo albums, most notably four albums under the name Jon and Vangelis with Greek musician Vangelis. continued to release numerous works, including solo.Last year in 2023, John toured with a band called THE BAND GEEKS to perform classic YES numbers. THE BAND GEEKS is a group of musicians who gather together to cover classic songs by various bands, and originally the group's main activity was on YouTube. The aforementioned tour was well received, and John made an album with THE BAND GEEKS. This is the album "True". The album is a progressive rock album reminiscent of the YES of yesteryear, including the highlight "Once Upon A Dream," a 16-minute-plus epic.
