The Glimmers, a Belgian DJ duo representing the mash-up generation, have completed their long-awaited third album! In the past albums, we have invited a lot of guests and tried our hand at a band style, but for this album, we simply wrote the songs we most want to play as DJs, just the two of us. Maybe this is our first album in the true sense of the word. As the DJs themselves say, "This album is a complete floor album, completed through their own filter of the nydisco sound that is currently gaining momentum in Europe. The album's title and cover were designed by Giorgio Moroder, and it is based on the classic (lost?) album by 80's pop icons Sparks, "Whomp That Sucker". The title and cover of the album are borrowed from "Whomp That Sucker," a classic (or lost?) album by Giorgio Moroder's 80s pop icons, Sparks, who originally made numerous hit mash-ups. Ultra Vibe
