The University of Tokyo Symphonic Band is here! A monumental live performance to mark the restart of the band! The spread of a new type of infectious disease that had the whole world at its mercy had a great impact on the Kanagawa University Symphonic Band, and due to long-term activity restrictions, the regular concert for the 2020 academic year was cancelled. However, despite the difficulties and restrictions, the teachers and members did not lose hope, and at the All Japan Band Competition, which was held for the first time in two years, the band performed "When the Sun Rises" and won the gold prize at the national competition, strongly impressing the audience that "the God University Brass Band is here. The performance was a masterpiece, and the students showed the same, if not more, enthusiasm than usual. The recording also includes Toshiro Ozawa, the music director, as well as conductors Toshiya Nakamura and Hirokazu Amakasu, who have supported the brass band as coaches for many years. Please enjoy the performance of the "new birth and rebirth" Shinto University Symphonic Band, symbolized by the bright sound of Muza Kawasaki. CAFUA Records
