His latest album features a number of gorgeous guests, including the legendary guitarist Santana. The song "Greener" with Santana is a neo-soul jam with melancholy guitar echoing throughout the song, and expresses the appeal of FKJ, a talented multi-instrumentalist and exceptional producer, from various aspects.The band has always been passionate about making music with a one-of-a-kind style and aesthetic, while keeping up with the ever-changing trends of the times, regardless of genre, and exploring new worlds on the one hand, and on the other hand. Their sound combines jazz, soul, folk, rock, and experimental and stylish beats with a complexity and intimacy that rivals the work of artists such as Tom Misch, James Blake, and Jacob Collier. Many of the songs on V I N C E N T are willfully romantic, sometimes sexy, and often whimsical, like "Us," a beautiful ode to his wife June, or "IHM," which gently slows down the hip-hop flavor of the '90s as the lights go out.
