Black Sabbath's first three albums, reissued as a deluxe edition in 2009, will be reissued in 2025! This is a deluxe edition of the third album with bonus tracks and increased volume. This is the third album released seven months after the band released their masterpiece, a must-have for rock fans, in January 1971. Not only were they heavier than their contemporaries Deep Purple and Vanila Fudge, but they also proved to be experimental and controversial, taking on the darker side and drugs that other bands had left untouched. 20 years later, the grunge generation (Nirvana, Soundgarden and Smashing Pumpkins), including 'Children of the Grave' and 'After Forever'.Produced by Rodger Bain, as on the previous album, the album reached #5 on the UK Albums Chart and #8 on the US Billboard Chart. It reached the Top 10 in the U.K. and the U.S. In the U.S., it shipped over 500,000 copies and was awarded a gold disc, eventually selling over 2 million copies!
