I am incredibly excited to share the fact that I am releasing my new 5 song EP "ETHER" on Rise Records. Once again, it was a pleasure to record the songs on this EP with some amazingly talented artists and friends. All of the songs feature a powerful acoustic guitar tone," said Mark Morton, Lamb Of God, a modern-day heavy rock mainstay who embodies the New Wave Of American Heavy Metal. Mark Morton is a guitarist who plays an important role in the band's robust sound and is also a key figure in the band's strong, ironclad guitar ensemble.A new Lamb of God album is also scheduled for release this spring, and before the band lays waste to the world once again with their new work as a band, they will sign a new deal with Rise Records as a solo artist and release their second and latest album "ETHER" under their solo name, following "ANESTHETIC" released in March 2019...! The latest work, "ETHER", will be his second work as a solo artist, following "ANESTHETIC", released in March 2019...! This work, which was digitally released in January 2020 and only available for purchase on his official website, will finally be released worldwide! This time, it is an all-acoustic work, a far cry from the sound of his previous work and his main band, Lamb of God. The mellow sound of the acoustic guitar, delicate yet dynamic, descends upon the world like a tone from the sky=Ether, as the title suggests. Mark comments on the direction of this work. The songs on this EP are all acoustic in nature. I had the opportunity to do an acoustic set last spring and summer between the tours that accompanied the last album "ANESTHETIC". Inspired by the atmosphere and comfort of that time, I started writing songs that reflected a more mellow vibe.I'm very happy with how it turned out, and I can't wait for everyone to hear what we've put together.
