Pete Astor led The Loft and The Weather Prophets, two of the leading bands of early Creation. He has had a long solo career and has released 11 solo albums since 1987. This is his first new album since 2018's ONE FOR THE GHOST. It features Ian Button (Reckless Eric, Death in Vegas, Papernat Cambridge) on drums and Andy Lewis (Spearmint, Paul Weller, also known as the legendary London DJ) on bass. The album is filled with a sound that is full of shades of Britishness, and it is no wonder that he himself says, "I am convinced that this is the best record I have ever made".
