Performed at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées The live recording of Les Siecle's 20th anniversary concert at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées is now available! France, the home of ballet, the source of Petrushka! Lhote's quintessential agile rhythms and delicate brushwork in conducting! The orchestra was founded in 2003, and has been constantly delivering music that surprises, stimulates, and delights the world, seeking the sound of the period in which the works were composed. In 2014, Les Siecle won the Grand Prize of the Recording Academy Awards for Stravinsky's "The Rite of Spring" and has exploded in popularity in Japan. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Les Siecle's founding, a live concert was held in Paris. The Sorcerer's Apprentice" and "The Herdsman" are special among the works of Ducasse and Debussy, which they have been working on for many years. This is actually the first time that Roussel will be performed by Les Siecle. Tourscoin, located near the Belgian border, is also the base of Lotto's work. Roussel was also born in Turcowan, a composer that Lhoto was very eager to feature.Lalo's ballet "Namuna" (composed in 1881 and premiered in 1882) was so influential on the young Debussy, who was exposed to its premiere and later wrote to Lalo's son. Fauré also praised the work as "an endless source of melodic, harmonic, and orchestral discovery" and as "unique and striking, infinitely varied and completely new rhythms. Lotto has also been fascinated by this work for many years. Roto, who has astounded the world with his numerous performances and recordings of music from the Ballets Russes, including "Petrushka," now presents a French work, one of the sources of the Petrushka, with an outstanding sense of rhythm and a surprisingly rich tonal resonance. The historical significance of the work, its significance as a recording, and, of course, its crisp rhythms and agility, make this an outstanding performance in every way. The booklet also lists all the instruments used except strings, as well as the date of production, which is also a valuable source of information.
