KANONENFIEBER, the brakend death metal band KANONENFIEBER by multi-instrumentalist NOISE, live production "Live in Oberhausen" (CD+Blu-ray), which includes a tour of their successful album. KANONENFIEBER, the bracketed death metal band by multi-instrumentalist Noise, will release its second live album, "Live at Dark Easter Metal Metal" (CD+Blu-ray). Following "Live at Dark Easter Metal Meeting" (2023), "Live in Oberhausen" is the band's biggest headlining show in their history, which took place in Oberhausen, Germany. The sold-out venue was filled by 1,800 fans who attended this special night. This was another milestone for the band, which played its first show just two and a half years ago (16 of the 20 shows on the "Die Urkatastrophe Tour" were sold out before the tour began). The set list includes popular songs from their debut album "Menschenmuhle" (2021) and EP, as well as eight songs from their second album "Die Urkatastrophe.The background of "Die Urkatastrophe", the cornerstone of the tour and the studio album that reached No. 3 on the German national charts, must also be mentioned. The First World War accelerated the road to modernization and is considered the "primitive catastrophe" of the 20th century (Die Urkatastrophe). Some 17 million soldiers and civilians lost their lives, large parts of Europe were destroyed, and unresolved issues remained, which led to further violent conflicts. This album is dedicated to the victims of World War I. It was recorded with the hope that their fate will serve as a warning to all future generations, even more than 100 years later." Live in Oberhausen" captures the band's tour of "Die Urkatastrophe," the band's defining work, in its entirety, and the stunning stage performance by Noise and his friends is a must-see.
