AFFLICTED was a unique band in the Swedish death metal scene in the early days of the band's career, and then suddenly changed their musical style and scattered. Beyond Redemption - Demos & EPs 1989-1992" is a collection of their demos, promotional materials, and EPs prior to their album release. It includes demos of "Toxic Existence", "Psychedelic Grindcore", and "Beyond Redemption", which were released under the former name AFFLICTED CONVULSION from 1988 to 1990.＜CD1 contains 15 tracks, five each from Toxic Existence Demo 1989, Psychedelic Grindcore Demo 1989, and Beyond Redemption Demo 1990, while CD2 contains a collection of works entitled Promo Tape 1990, The Odious Reflection Demo 1990, Ingrained 1990, Wanderland 1991, Rising to the Sun EP 1992, and Cover version. CD2" contains "Promo Tape 1990", "The Odious Reflection Demo 1990", "Ingrained 1990", "Wanderland 1991", "Rising to The Sun EP 1992", and a collection titled "Cover version". A commentary on the history of the discography is included in addition to rare recordings. The remastering was done by Patrick Engel at Temple Of Disharmony Studio.
