Semeradová is not only active as a flutist and baroque flutist in many countries, but is also a leading figure in the field of ancient music outside of her performing activities, such as artistic director of the Collegium Marianum and director of programs for ancient music festivals. He has released many recordings on the Sprafon label. This album features two works by Leclerc, the original of which is a violin sonata, and a work by Handel, the original of which is a clavecin. The famous Passacaglia, also arranged by Halvorsen for violin and cello (or viola), is performed here in Bravet's version.
