The first album of the duo is now available on Decca! Their first album is a Stravinsky album centered on "The Rite of Spring," a ballet that is one of the most difficult orchestral works of the 20th century. The outstanding orchestral technique and Shai's energetic music create an unprecedented and wild "harusai" that can be enjoyed.Another key feature of this album is the world premiere recording of Stravinsky's visionary work "Funeral Song," which was discovered in 2015 at the St. Petersburg Conservatory for the first time in nearly a century. The work was composed at the age of 26 as a memorial to Stravinsky's teacher, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. Other early works such as "Fireworks" and "Fantastic Scherzo" are also included in the coupling, making for an interesting album. Universal Music/IMS
