The a capella group "Voches 8" was formed in 2003 by former members of the Westminster Abbey Choir, and since winning the first prize at the Gorizia International Choral Competition in Italy in 2005, has been active mainly in the UK. This work, entitled "Evening Prayer," is a collection of various prayer music from the 16th century to the present day. The beauty of their transparent harmonies is breathtaking, and saxophone, cello, and harp add color to the sound in some of the pieces.
