The American death/thrash metal band that produced super bassist Steve DiGiorgio, known for his work with Death and Testament, has released its first new album in 17 years! Sadus is a legendary American death/thrash metal band whose formation dates back to 1985, and their demos released between 1986 and 1987 boasted unconventional speeds for their time, and are regarded as historic works that bridged the gap between thrash and death metal around the world. It is regarded as a cult by extreme metal fans around the world. Another thing, the bass player here is Steve DiGiorgio, who would later play bass for Death and Testament. After their debut album "Illusions" in 1988, the band signed a contract with the major label Roadracer Records. Their albums "Swallowed in Black" (1990) and "A Vision of Misery" (1992) became a big hit at the height of the death metal boom at the time.After the release of "Out for Blood" in 2006, Sadus' activities stagnated, and in 2003 they announced their breakup.
