The '22 debut album by a new American progressive fusion band founded by Bill Jenkins, who is known as a keyboard player for the symphonic progressive hard band ENCHANT and the prog-metal band THOUGHT CHAMBER. The hard symphonic sound created by the rich keyboard sound developed on ENCHANT is further developed, with an emphasis on polyrhythmic guitar riffs that seem to have KING CRIMSON in mind, the sweet sound of the violin by a dedicated player, a stable rhythm section, and the skill of each player, The album also has a hard fusion aspect to it. The high quality of the vocal melodies, especially in the beginning of "Barrier" and "Odessa," which are sung with high tone vocals and chorus, is reminiscent of IZZ, a band from the same country.The band's debut album is a must have for sympho and prog metal fans alike, and features a few surprises such as the contemporary jazz number "Philly Etymology" featuring wind instruments and the melodic "Wesley Save Us".
