Legendary NWOBHM band Titan's classic debut album is finally being reissued in its original LP format with previously unreleased bonus tracks and a bonus DVD in paper jacket! Rough Justice" is the debut album of TYTAN. The album includes bonus tracks and a rare live DVD. TYTAN was formed in London by Kevin Riddles (b) and Dave Duford (dr), who had left ANGEL WITCH in 1981, and was joined by guitarist Steve Gibbs (g) and Cal Swan (vo), who later joined LION - BAD MOON RISING. The band was featured in the headlines of "Kerrang!" and "Metal Hammer" magazines even before the band started playing live shows, and attracted a great deal of attention as a super band. Later, before recording the album, drummer Dave left the band and was replaced by Les Binks, formerly of JUDAS PRIEST. Simon Wright (dr/AC/DC, DIO), Steve Mann (MSG), Dave Harrison (DARK STAR), and Jody Turner (ROCK GODDESS) participated in the recording. The album was completed by 1983, although there were some twists and turns. However, their label, Kamaflage Records, suddenly went bankrupt, leaving the release of the album in limbo, and the band was forced to disband. The album was released two years later in 1985 on the Metal Masters label, which had acquired the rights to the album, and sold well as the NWOBHM boom was coming to an end. Cal Swan went to LA and formed LION and BAD MOON RISING with Doug Aldridge, a guitarist who later joined WHITESNAKE, and gained popularity especially in Japan.This album was not released in Japan at the time, but the 1982 live DVD (14 songs) that came with the first release in 2006 has been reissued, plus 4 bonus tracks from the BBC radio session, plus a demo of a song not included on the album. 2-disc special edition + paper jacket! This is a special reissue of the album in a special 2-disc set + paper jacket!
