Formed in SWEDEN in 1992, the power/doom metal band "MEMORY GARDEN" will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022 with its sixth album! The title "1349" refers to the peak year of the "Black Death" epidemic, which killed 75-200 million people in Eurasia and North Africa and was recorded as the deadliest epidemic in human history, with an estimated 30-60% of the European population killed. The Black Death or The Great Mortality is said to have reduced the world's population from 475 million in the 14th century to over 100 million, and it is estimated to have taken 200 years to recover. The overall tone of the album is one of gloom, lamentation, despair, and pain, and is overwhelmed by the solemn, solemn, and profound melodies that ride on layers of sound assembled like an orchestral suite.
