Description:

A West Coast female singer/songwriter who had been working for Bones Howe since the late 1960s. Her only solo album is also backed up by Hal Blaine, Joe Osborne, and a host of other talented studio musicians who have become regulars at the Bones Howe sessions. The stylishly sophisticated arrangements and jazzy backing music bring out the charm of her songs, which also show the influence of Joni Mitchell and Laura Nyro. Two numbers by her debut partner, Jeffrey Komarner, are also included.
