The band's original "MOVEYS" is the deluxe version of their 2020 world debut, and it is a fresh take on alternative music with the Columbus' egg idea of Smashing Pumpkins x Big Thief. The method of carefully layering two guitars on "Idaho," "At It Again," and "Falling Apart," which served as the band's name card, and vocalist Emily's simple, clear singing are elements that are still loved as Slow Pulp's signature technique. The contrast between the emotional and folky, so much so that it has been compared to Wensday, has become an indie standard for shoegaze x folk since 2020.
