Description:
Born in Northampton, England in 1985, Daverson first studied bassoon and piano and played in numerous ensembles before becoming a composer. In 2007, he was awarded the "Vaughan Williams Scholarship" for his talents, and in July 2008, he participated in the Darmstadt Summer School for Contemporary Music, where he further developed his studies. The Ardetti Quartet and the Danel Quartet are well known for their fondness for his works. The six works on this album are all highly acclaimed, created using his unique method of building up sounds one by one to form a large world. Naxos Japan
