The new album by Joaquin Joe Clausel, a legend who has embodied deep and spiritual house, is now available on colored vinyl! The world's second largest tropical rainforest is located in West Central Africa, between Cameroon, Congo, Angola, and Gabon. Iboga, a perennial plant native to this tropical climate, is known as an alkaloid hallucinogen that induces hallucinations when its roots are chewed, and has been used for centuries in rituals in Gabon's traditional religion. Joe Clausel was inspired by this culture to create this film. Joe Clausel's longtime work on African verbatim dance music has been completed with his skilled editing and overdubbing techniques. In addition to the Afro-driven percussion grooves familiar to avid collectors of Joe's work, this is the thickest, most boundary-pushing essence of psychedelic and dub in the history of his career.
