This release features a carefully curated selection of 20 tracks (over 73 minutes) from the three original soundtracks released during the TV broadcast of *Lupin the Third Part 2* (1977–1980), a series whose musical concept was carried forward into subsequent installments. The album features a series of meticulous, impeccably precise, delicate, and dynamic performances by the You \u0026amp; Explosion Band, led by Yuji Ohno, alongside an elite group of top musicians. Using rare original master tapes at Nippon Columbia’s Minami-Azabu Studio, separate, optimized mastering was performed for the SACD layer and the CD layer. Thanks to the expertise of engineer Yumiko Yamashita, who is deeply familiar with the music of Lupin, a sound that is both delicate and full of impact was achieved while respecting the character of the analog tapes.
