He has won top prizes and first place in various international competitions and earned a soloist diploma at the Lausanne Conservatory under Pierre Amoyal. Today, he is not only active as a soloist but also serves as concertmaster of the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and guest concertmaster of the Basel Chamber Orchestra. This recording delves even deeper into the charm of Romanian music and features the “Santo Serafin” violin, which was played by Enescu and later collected by Menuhin.
