This is unique! Schubert's "Winterreise" complete with oboe, bassoon and piano trio! A unique addition to "Winterreise"! Here comes the trio version with two woodwinds (oboe and bassoon) and piano! I wanted to show that the oboe and bassoon can breathe and sing as naturally as the human voice. But this is not to belittle Wilhelm Müller's poem, which we played with all our hearts so that you can picture it in your mind's eye. The players said, "We played with all our hearts so that you could picture the poem in your mind. The longing, despair, and gloomy atmosphere of "Winterreise" is conveyed with remarkable expressive power! Clara Dent-Bogani, oboe, studied at the Salzburg Mozarteum and the Munich College of Music, and made her soloist debut in 1991 at the Thessaloniki Theater in Greece. In 1999, he became principal oboist of the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, and has also made guest appearances with such prestigious orchestras as the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and the Bayerische Staatsoper Orchestra. He currently teaches at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Nuremberg, where he also teaches younger students. Bassoonist Bentche Bogani won the first prize at the Krusell International Competition in Finland in 1997, and joined the Finnish National Opera as principal bassoonist in the same year.In 2002 he was appointed principal bassoonist of the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, in 2004 of the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, and from 2007 to 2013 principal bassoonist of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra. He is also active in the training of young musicians at the University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Hannover. King International
