Collection of clarinet trio works focusing on the years 1890~1900 This collection of clarinet trios focuses on the years 1890-1900, one of the most fascinating periods in Western art, a time of tremendous change and growth not only in science and industry, but also in the arts. The collection features two contrasting clarinet trios by two different artists: Brahms in his later years, shining in the midst of a new era, and the younger Zemlinsky, who had already begun to show a more progressive style during the same period and published his works with Brahms' help, as well as the French painter Paul Gauguin's painting "Arealea" ( 1893) by Belgian composer Robert Zuidam, whose work is based on the painting by French painter Paul Gauguin, will be performed by the eponymous Gauguin Ensemble.
