Produced by André Francis, the album was recorded by ORTF and remastered from the original tape reels archived at the INA (Institut National d'Audiovisual de France), in cooperation with the Cannonball Adderley Estate and the INA, It will be released by Elemental Music. Parts of this concert were previously released in poor sound quality on Italian pirate vinyl, but the sound quality is now excellent and the concert has been reborn as an official and complete recording.It opens with \"The Black Messiah,\" a George Duke composition reminiscent of Electric Miles, and continues with repertoire written by the members.
