He studied at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music under András Adrian. He has served as principal flutist of both the Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra. Many contemporary composers have written works for him, and his performances have earned him numerous awards.\n\nNicholas Konstantinou (piano): Born in Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus. He studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. As a soloist, he has performed with numerous renowned orchestras and conductors around the world. He is dedicated to promoting the works of his compatriot, the composer Stylianou. In addition to the 12 Preludes, this recording of the Flute Sonata is also a world premiere.
