Meanwhile is the second chapter in a larger project that began with Emiliano's album The Baggage Room, a musical account of the experiences of European immigrants arriving at Ellis Island. This new project focuses on the events that occur after settling in New York City, weaving stories of people finding new paths and facing new lives.\n\nEmiliano Dauria's music is not intended to evoke past eras or narratives, but rather to present a contemporary reflection on the human experience and the social issues that characterize our time.
