With a robust Italian voice and a strong high register, he was a highly active tenor, particularly in the 1960s; however, his commercial recordings are likely limited to the EMI recording of Ponchielli’s *La Gioconda*, featuring Maria Callas. Although a few live recordings have survived, he is a classic example of a singer whose discography is sparse relative to his talent. For those familiar with his abilities, this release is surely a long-awaited one.
Please be aware that the recording quality varies widely, and for some tracks, you may need to brace yourself.
King International

Tracklisting:

.No. 16b, Asile hereditaire (O muto asil)
.No. 4, Nel furor delle tempeste
.Norma, opera
.Ernani, opera
.No. 8a, E di Monforte il cenno!
.Oh, tu che in seno agl'angeli
.Aida, opera
.No. 9c, Or son sei mesi
.No. 12, Ch'ella mi creda libero
.Cavalleria rusticana, opera (melodramma) in 1 act
.No. 9b, Vesti la giubba (On with the motley)
.No. 2, Recondita armonia
.No. 16, E lucevan le stelle
.Isabeau, opera (leggenda drammatica) in 3 acts
.Esultate!
.Ora e per sempre
.Dio! mi potevi
.Niun mi tema
.No. 2, Arretez, o mes freres
.No. 14, Voix ma misere
