In this new recording, titled *The Bounds of Our Dreams*, he pairs masterpieces such as Ravel’s *Pavane for a Dead Princess* and Rimsky-Korsakov’s *Scheherazade*. Canadian composer and pianist Alain Lefèvre, one of Analekta’s main artists, contributes Walter Boudreau’s (b. 1947) “Concerto de l’Asile” (“Asylum Concerto”). Walter Boudreau is a Canadian contemporary composer who serves as Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Quebec Society for Contemporary Music.
