Galliglioni has either filled in the missing parts (the second movement) or adapted them from the flute sonata (Op.2-6) (the third and fourth movements) and reconstructed them in a scholarly manner, making this a valuable source that has been revived after a lapse of almost three centuries. In addition to the harpsichord, a \"second cello\" is used as a bass continuo to reproduce the salon sounds of the time.
