Audio enthusiasts will be hard-pressed to find a better version of these LPs.\nThis fifth release in the series is one of Blue Note’s enigmatic titles—recorded in 1965 but not released until 1979. Gordon signed with Blue Note in 1961, and the lineup for this recording from his subsequent “golden” era is stellar.
