August Frederick Duranowski was born to a Polish mother and a French immigrant father. Active not only as a composer but also as a violinist, he possessed such talent that he was recognized by Viotti at the age of 17 and was a performer who even influenced Paganini.\n\nFeliks Janiewicz was born in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and, having been recognized for his talent on the violin from a young age, served as a violinist in the Royal Polish Chapel. He later moved to Vienna in 1785 to meet Haydn and Mozart, and came under their influence. He went on to gain recognition and enjoy a successful career in Paris, but eventually moved to England, where he spent the remainder of his life.\n\nShushan Shiranosian, who studied under Zakhar Bron at the Zurich University of the Arts beginning in 2002, became concertmaster of the St. Gallen Symphony Orchestra (Switzerland).
