Description:

In 1959, Bill Evans formed a trio with bass prodigy Scott Ruffalo and drummer Paul Motian. Only two years later, in July 1961, Ruffalo passed away in a car accident at the age of 25. Soon after, the trio resumed with Chuck Israel on bass, and from 1966, they recruited Eddie Gomez from Puerto Rico, who was still unknown. Larry Bunker replaced Motian on drums from 1963, Marty Morrell from 1968, and Elliott Zigmund replaced Morrell in 1975. In 1975, Zigmund was replaced by Elliott Zigmund, who joined the band in 1975. The album includes the concert held in Switzerland on February 6, 1975, and features a set list that will move fans to tears, including some of the band's best-known songs and numbers that Bill Evans loved to play.
