His encounters with Aldo Ciccolini and Joaquín Achúcarro also proved decisive turning points. A prizewinner in many national and international competitions, he has been invited to perform by major musical institutions, organisations and festivals throughout Europe, Japan and the wider world. In recent years he took part in the complete performance of Liszt's piano works held in Rome in 2011 by the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the Accademia Musicale Chigiana and the Liszt Society to mark the bicentenary of the composer's birth.\nAs a chamber musician he has appeared with such internationally esteemed artists as Alessandro Carbonare, Franco Maggio Ormezowski, Gabriele Geminiani, Carlo Parazzoli, Michele Lomuto, Saschko Gawriloff, Sabrina-Vivian Höpcker, Claudio Casadei, Lynne Dawson, Claudio Brizi and the Quartetto Savinio.
