Director Todd Haynes has long been labeled a “genius,” but that label will likely be forgotten after this film. The entire work can be summed up in a single word: beautiful. I take my hat off to the film simply for its faithful recreation of 1960s America, but the direction—skillfully switching between Thérèse and Carol’s perspectives on screen, and subtly incorporating the color red, which plays a crucial role in this film—is flawless in every respect. I wonder what Mr. Nagaharu Yodogawa would think if he saw this movie? This will be my final review, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to write about this film.\nintoxicate (C) Masatoshi Oishi\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Kadokawa","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":52554132750625,"sku":"4988111250100","price":4180.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4988111250100.jpg?v=1775757502","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/products\/4988111250100","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
