This ideal masterpiece with a high degree of perfection has been reissued with the latest mastering! David Oistrakh (1908-1974) and Lev Oborin (1907-1974) recorded this historical masterpiece in Paris in 1962, and for the 50th anniversary of Oistrakh's death in 2024, we have reissued it with the latest mastering and the best sound quality in the world today. Previously, a SA-CD hybrid of \"Spring\" and \"Kreutzer\" was released on audio-related products, and a SA-CD single layer of all 10 tracks was released commercially in 2017. There has been no domestic CD release of the entire album since 1998, and the latest remastered CD layer has been awaited for a long time. The entire album was recorded on four CDs in the CD era, but now it is available on three CDs for the first time (the first time on CD). This is the first time this has been done on CD (the above SA-CD single layer was recorded on three discs due to the large capacity of the SACD layer). The master used in this project was not the latest DSD conversion after verification, but rather was converted to DSD from analog master tapes in its home country in 2017. This method is based on the same decision as in our original project, DG's reissue of Mravinsky's Tchaikovsky: Late Symphonies, which was released in September 2023. Although the high quality master is the same, we aimed to realize a sound quality close to the original condition by using the latest mastering process, which has been progressing remarkably. David Oistrakh, a great violinist from Odessa, Ukraine, visited Paris in May-June 1962 to perform all ten of Beethoven's violin sonatas over three nights with his duo partner since 1935, Lev Oborin. The source for this SACD hybrid disc is a session recording made at the same time as the concert by the French record label Le Chant Du Monde (Songs of the World). Le Chant Du Monde released the recording in France in 1962 in stereo and mono in a limited edition of 2,000 copies each.Philips Records (now Decca) released the recording internationally from 1963, selling it in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, Japan, and other countries. This is the reason why the first Philips recordings are credited as \"Recordings: Le Chant du Monde, Paris 1962\". Since its release, it has received worldwide acclaim and the same acclaim in Japan. In the May 1963 issue of Record Geijutsu (Recorded Arts), music critic Masaoki Ohki recommended this recording and concluded his review with the following words: \"Throughout, these performances are powerful. He concluded his review with the following words: \"Throughout, these performances are free of any forcefulness or pretentious gestures. There is nothing excessive in terms of tone power, tempo, or facial expression. The word \"elegant\" best describes this performance. Therefore, those who demand dramatic drama in their music or the fighting spirit of the Japanese will not find it satisfying. On the contrary, however, there is an astonishing beauty and depth of perfection here that can absolutely stand up to even the most meticulous appreciation.
