The production of the album began with the idea of \"Why not create a collaboration that is not a usual tribute or remix? It took two full years from conception to song selection and sound production to complete a new type of collaborative best album, unprecedented in the history of Japanese pop music and Yumi's history. By using a portion of Yumin's original multi-tapes and a new production method in which the data from that time and the artists were used in a session, the songs were reborn as new and nostalgic songs that retain the atmosphere of the original songs while allowing the audience to feel the chemical reactions of the participating artists. The participating artists were selected by Yumi herself, who are closely related to Yumi and support this project. Yasuyuki Okamura, Kururi, GLIM SPANKY, Tetsuya Komuro, Nogizaka46, YOASOBI, YONCE (Suchmos, Hedigan's), RHYMESTER, (in alphabetical order), and 8 other artists were involved in the planning and song selection process.The chemical reactions between the participating artists further reveal the rich musicality that has been built up over the past 50 years. In addition, Goh Hotoda has remastered \"Because Now,\" which was released in 1985 under the name of Yumi Matsutoya, Kazumasa Oda, and Kazuo Zaitsu, and is considered the \"original collaboration song\" for which there were many requests for a re-release. The song was released only as a 7-inch single record at the time, and while it topped the Oricon charts, it is the only song that has never been released on CD.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Universal Music","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47368301117729,"sku":"4988031593967","price":3300.0,"currency_code":"JPY","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0568\/8482\/2076\/files\/4988031593967.jpg?v=1698744890","url":"https:\/\/cdsvinyljapan.com\/products\/4988031593967","provider":"CDs Vinyl Japan Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
