While the national characteristics aren’t overly pronounced, you’ll likely find it an interesting listen, thinking, “So this is another way of looking at it.” No. 7 begins solemnly, while No. 9 starts at a leisurely pace; though the sound carries a slight hint of Impressionism, the melodies never falter and remain consistently serene throughout.
