From the creator Beethoven's "Heroes" (URLP 7095) conducted by Furtwängler and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, originally released by Urania in 1953, is still a legend. This series released an LP reissue in 2004 as GS-2005, and several similar ones exist.This time, however, we went one step further and reissued the Uranian LPs again (this is a new reissue, not an appropriation of the GS-2005 master). As a result of our research, it seems that there are two types of Uranian vinyls, E3KP and ULP, with different numbers of E3KP, but there is no significant difference in sound quality between E3KP and ULP. Therefore, in this LP reissue, all the tracks are taken from the E3KP matrix, and the first movement from the ULP matrix is added as a bonus track, so that the difference in sound quality can be verified. In addition to the matrix, there are also many differences in the jackets and labels, and we have included photos in the manual so that you can easily judge the differences. Although we prepared 5 Uranian vinyls for the reissue and selected the best one for mastering, it was inevitable that some noises characteristic to LPs were introduced. Please understand this point.
