The Estonian National Defense Forces Orchestra, founded in 1993, is the national ceremonial wind ensemble. Lieutenant Colonel Peeter Saar has served as its conductor since 1996, and the orchestra performs at national and military ceremonies, as well as welcoming and seeing off state guests and dignitaries.
