Marcos Hezenzi's name became known to the world in the late 70's with a great Brazilian jazz-funk album produced under the name Marcos Hezenzi \u0026amp; Index, but about 10 years before that, this is the only work left from his time studying in Portugal. Recorded in Portugal in 1967 and featuring the young Brazilian pianist Marcos Resende, who was then studying in Lisbon, alongside two Portuguese, Paulo Gil on drums (founder of the group) and Manuel Barbosa on double bass.
