For this album, Beville has related three seemingly unconnected periods of music under the title \"Visions and Ventures. J.S. Bach, who always had a musical vision and was guided by his religious faith; Beethoven, whose revolutionary ideas led to Romanticism; and Prokofiev, who adopted elements of radical modernism and a playful spirit.
