She is also a researcher of documents and scores from the 16th to 19th centuries, and is known for her active introduction of works by unknown composers. She is performing a collection of works by two master and apprentice composers who were active in Denmark. Schulz was born in Lüneburg, Germany. He was a conductor in Berlin in his early years and eventually moved to Copenhagen, where he composed many works as a court Kapellmeister and served the king until his return to Berlin. Weise, on the other hand, was a composer from Altona, Hamburg. He moved to Copenhagen to pursue his education and developed his talent under Schulz. After working as an organist, he was appointed as a court composer in Copenhagen, where he remained until his death. Please pay attention to the transition in style from the Baroque period to the Classical period.
