Yoshie Shiromizu: Graduated from Nishinomiya High School of Music and Tokyo University of the Arts. Studied under Haruko Kasama and Sumiko Iuchi. As a scholarship student of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, DAAD, etc., she studied at the Graduate School of Mannheim College of Music with R. Benz and P. Dunn, Germany, and completed the Solo and Piano Duo courses with the highest honors. She has won prizes in international competitions as a soloist, and has performed in recitals, concertos, and broadcasts in Europe and Japan.The duo has received international awards including the Aoyama Foundation Baroque Saal Prize in London and the Schubert and Dranoff Piano Duos. The duo has given duo recitals in Japan, Europe, and the United States, and their CD was selected as one of the \"Best Ten Concerts\" by Record Geijutsu magazine.
