Shin'ichiro Nakano, harpsichordist, was born in Kyoto in 1964 and graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music in 1986. Performed in the Coupland Cycle of the Festival des Antiquaires in Versailles, France.In 1992, he was invited to the Berkeley Festival of Ancient Music as the youngest soloist. He has been invited to perform at the Wigmore Hall in England, the BBC Japan Season, the Leipzig Bach Festival in Germany, and in the Czech Republic. He has been invited to perform in Europe, including Germany (Leipzig Bach Festival) and the Czech Republic. and \"A Treat for the Ears\" have been well received in many places. He is also well known for his performance of Bach's \"Golteberg Variations,\" which he has continued for many years in Japan. His lecture recitals, featuring a wide range of repertoire and entertaining talks, are also very popular in various parts of Japan.
