In 2006, he gave a concert of Brahms' \"German Requiem\" with the Telemann Chamber Orchestra conducted by Takeharu Nobuhara at Kobe Shimbun Matsukata Hall. The Kobe City Mixed Chorus sang Fauré's Requiem at the \"Requiem Evening\" held after the 1995 Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake (sponsored by the city of Kobe), which was a great comfort to the people of the city. In 2022, a concert commemorating the publication was held at Kobe City's Seishin Chuo Hall, and the CD is a live recording of the concert.
