In contrast to the grandeur of the symphonic concert series that also began in 2015, the charm of this tour lies in its small ensemble weaving a rich, full-bodied sound. The tour title, “blueeggplantfield,” is the English translation of the song “Aoi ‘Nasu’ Hatake” from his third solo album, *On the Chimney of the Carint Factory*, released in 1993.
