It is the world’s first CD to feature a vocal-organ duo, and the collection consists entirely of masterpieces that can truly be called healing music. The acoustics of the Akikawa Kirara Hall allow the tones of the organ and violin to resonate with even greater richness, and the crystal-clear vocals—truly fitting for the title IRIS (Goddess of the Rainbow)—sound as if they are pouring down from the heavens. With the hope of “bringing peace to many people through quiet and sacred music,” Kayoko Matsuo speaks to listeners with her pure voice. (Octavia)\n\n・Rutter \/ Arr.
