Mizukyosue decided to launch this project upon Noguchi's death, determined to bring these unreleased songs to the world. Former Orquesta de la Luz bassist Hiroyasu Ito, who was selected as the producer, has arranged a wide variety of soul, techno pop, bossa nova, and gospel music to match the individuality of the songs received.
